From setup to swing — here's what to expect before you book.
Booking & Pricing
Every package includes the full inflatable simulator setup, all equipment (clubs, balls, tees), an on-site attendant for the entire session, and complete setup and breakdown — no extra fees.
What's included in each package?

Once you confirm your date online, we'll send a confirmation email to begin the deposit process — a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your Tee Time. Need to change your date? No problem, as long as it's subject to availability — but note that dates can only be changed once.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?

We recommend booking at least one (1) month ahead, especially for weekend events. Popular dates fill up fast — the earlier you lock in your Tee Time, the better.
How far in advance should I book?

Can I upgrade my package the day of the event?

If time and scheduling allow, yes — just ask your on-site attendant. We'll do our best to extend your round.
Setup & Space
About 15x18 ft of relatively flat space, plus access to a power outlet nearby.
How much space do I need?

Yes — the inflatable enclosure is built for outdoor events. Just make sure the surface is flat and clear of major obstructions.
Can the simulator be set up outdoors?

Light rain isn't usually an issue, but for safety we'll pause or reschedule in the case of heavy rain, lightning, or high winds. We'll work with you to find a backup plan.

Yes, a standard outlet within reach of the setup area is required to run the simulator.
The Experience
Not at all. Birdie Society is designed for everyone — from first-timers to scratch golfers.
Do guests need golf experience to play?

Groups rotate through the simulator, so there's no hard cap — the more guests you have, the more fun the rotation gets. We'll help you keep things moving.
How many people can play during the session?

Yes! The simulator is beginner-friendly and a great way to introduce kids or first-timers to the game in a low-pressure setting.
Is Birdie Society good for kids or beginners?

Do you provide clubs and balls?

Yes, full golf club sets and balls are included — for both right- and left-handed players. Guests don't need to bring anything.
Logistics
About an hour and a half each. Our team handles it all — you don't need to lift a finger.
